Sami Corodianu describes himself as being a rebel in the Kitchen. With more than 20 years of experience as a cook, after exploring between Bucharest and Madrid, Chef Sami Corodianu has reached a point in his career that can simply be determined by a name & a place, “La Samuelle”.
After testing the Menu Chef Sami has imagined for our March dinner, we can describe it as an international mix of tasty flavours & textures, unpretentious, yet refined. We have craved for some comfy bites and, apparently, we shall have them on the 23rd of the month.
